I am tired of this constant battle that takes place inside my head. I am so tired of constantly being on edge around people, wondering when I'll lose it, and how bad will it be. I am tired of always being sad and knowing that is wrong and wanting to feel happy. But most of all, I am tired of always knowing something is wrong with me. I want to feel normal, and at peace with myself. I am just so tired of always fighting and always battling with myself.
Just....Tired....[/color]
So Tired

Re
I guess the trigger is the Holiday season, the season of cheer, family and joy. What's the best way to feel horrible about yourself then to NOT be happy around the Holiday?
I am just wanting to feel normal and have a constant emotional state. Just physically worn out by emotional high and then a drop. Just frustrated by constant battles that i have to face every day

I do understand the frustrations, the being down, the wanting the holidays to pass you by, but someway we always seem to get through them.
Just know if you want to rant, rave, scream or cry we are here for you. We all battle it, and have found that it becomes a little easier when we have others that understand.
