Hey Warmie girl
Well warmie yesterday wasnt that good it rained all day ,although we did get to the water park ,it was very nice we walked a little while ,and Fran took some photos ,she gets a great deal of pleasure from this ,she can look back on her pc and reemember the good times ,we saw some geese
with there young they were swimming in a long line ,there was a couple of familys of birds together ,all in a long line 31 babies i counted ,Fran took lots of pictures of them ,im glad to hear youve had a nice sunny day ,the fine weather will do you good ,fran goes to the hairdresser tommorrow for her roots done ,ive got the bosses lawn mower to fix ,
im off work tommorrow so we,ll have a nice time ,ok i,ll say bye for now

Frans much better
Hello Warmie ,Fran has been much better now the new tablets have taken effect ,she sleeps better and has nearly got rid of the tickly cough that was irritating her lungs so much ,the weather has been cool here with rain ,Fran gets cold quite easily ,but i like the cold ,so when she has the heating on i have to sweat it out ,our gardens looking nice the flowers are blooming well ,Goodnight for now Warmie best wishes and goodnight everyone ,Ken and Fran

Hi Warmie ,thanks for the kind words ,it has rained all day today ,but to be honest we needed it ,the ground is really dry and our lawn looks terrible ,the flower borders are in bloom and look really nice .
Fran gets a great deal of pleasure out of the garden so i like it to look nice for her .Her breathing has been ok and shes been sleeping a lot better ,anyway i,ll say goodnight to you and everyone ,hope you feel better soon Warmie dont let it get you down ,Goodnight Everyone

Glad you are getting the rain you need. Been getting a little of that here. Today was wonderful, comfortable temperature, blue skies and gentle breezes.

Hello everyone Frans been good
Hello Warmie ,i do hope your feeling ok , Just thought id let you know ,Frans
been Quite well during the summer ,the weather has been very mixed at times but weve been getting out and having a good time ,
We bought a mobility scooter for Fran so if she feels like it she can use it .
Its very good it breaks down into sections so im able to lift it into the back of the car, It goes for about ten miles on a charge .Hows your garden been doing, weve had the best flowers this year ,i made some window boxes at work and they look really nice .
Ive had 6 sessions of hypnotherapy and i must admit i was not very keen on going ,but it seems to be working ,i have two sessions left so we,ll see what happens ,i have a couple of cd,s i have to listen to every so often to keep me topped up as it were ,the sky is very dark here ,looks like we may get some rain .
I have a new phychartrist now ,he very nice and seems very caring .He,s sending me to a lithium clinic were my condition can be monitered more closely ,while i was talking to him he really understood how i was feeling i could tell that ,it made me feel confident in him .

My summer has been great, garden looks good, with the work it takes. Birds and squirrels are happy, so all is well. Nice to know yours has done well. We haven't had the rain we should have had, and temperatures have been on the warm side, but this is so much better than the cold and snow.

im glad to hear that your well and youve been enjoying the summer and your garden ,it must be nice seeing squirrels we only see them if we go to the local parks ,we do have some nice wildlife visiting the garden ,sparrow hawks ,and doves ,we see lots of large dragon flys in the late summer . you know a few weeks ago i was really feeling at the edge of my teather ,i really started to feel angry and very unsetteld ,but after the hypno,and seeing the new phycihartrist i really have improved ,ive been very upbeat and im always joking around and making Fran laugh ,
the best thing is ,that it has made us both happy ,Im sure its going to last this time .Its not that my deppression has been cured ,but now i have the tools to manage it ,i dont fear the next day coming anymore and we go out and about and we both enjoy it very much ,
Your summer without enough rain is like ours ,the grass is very brown and looks terrible ,were forcast rain tommorrow ,if it doesnt appear i,ll get the hosepipe out .

Hey Warmie dont worry about the short reply ,your kind comments are always welcome .
I do hope your doing ok ,im not around much these days but i hope you have not had to have anymore surgery or such like ,has your weather been good .
We had a very hot day yesterday ,Myself and Fran had a walk to the local asda yesterday ,( i think you call this the walmart ) any way its about half a mile each way Fran wanted to do this as she hasnt been able to do this for about two years ,we kept having a little rest ,but she did it there and back ,i told her how proud i was of her and she,d done so well .
Fran was happy she,d managed to do it ,and she felt like she had got a little of her life back .
Ive been feeling very well ,my confidence is growing daily and im starting to do things i havent done for years ,i had my hypnotherepy yesterday and it was to try and help me with my arthritic pain .
I only have one more session left im really hoping i will be ok once im on my own ,im sure this is going to work ,im getting stronger by the day and as long as i keep listening to the therepy cd,s i should be fine .
OK before i become boring i,ll say goodnight ,

Please give Fran a gentle hug for me and tell her how proud I am for her. As well as you. You have come such a long way, fought many battles, but with Fran by your side, I know you can and will conquer any and all obstacles.
For me, day has been productive, got things done, so feel decent about that. Still no rain but fall is fast approaching. Which means the love and warmth of summer will soon disappear for awhile. There is always tomorrow.

Its good to hear your not doing to badly just now ,and your right about winter closing in ,the weather here has been very unsetteld and the dark nights are closing in fast ,Summer has been good to Fran ,the garden and things in general have all improved for her ,Even the old man here is getting slowly better ive had a few bad days but nothing as bad as im used to ,I still fear the darkness inside me returning ,but maybe that feeling will fade with time .
Im sure you will still see a few days of summer ,so try and enjoy them ,and i hope you feel as well as you can be Warmie, Goodnight to you and all my freinds here

Weather is a little strange now, one day 102 F next 66 F, fall is here. Squirrels around my home are busy, watch them from the upper deck, there is a tree there and their nest is right where I can watch them. Guess they are use to me, doesn't seem to bother them my being up there.
Snow and cold is right around corner, but summer was sweet.
Things are going here, should have some sort of answers soon from some specialist, will see.
