beetween a lot of my freinds ,altough waking up in the morning to a message is always
a good start to the day ,,it seems strange when im walking the ferrets in the garden at six

work was terrible again today ,,for those of you who dont know ,i work in a charity shop ,,we support a large dog rescue kennels ,,,i did work at the kennels but the dogs like biting me to much ,,so i was tranfered ,,,the shop is good and i enjoy it ,,but the terrible weather here has kept the customers away ,,and the boredom has really got me down ,,,i have to keep busy or the bad thoughts take hold ,,yesterday all i felt was like dying
i would never hurt myself because i have a loving family ,,but the thoughts
are a awful thing to have to carry around with you ,,such a cold black place to be stuck in ,,,there are helpers in the shop ,and they make chatter ,there only being kind ,,but i feel like just crawling away ,,,its such a strain ,,,well off tommorrow ,,so me and fran are going to town again ,
im sat in bed now with a nice cup of tea ,,and im really trying to feel better for tommorrow ,,family guys,and american dad are on fx at 9pm

I was away for over two weeks and was extremely unhappy coming back. I miss my fiance more than words can even say. I never knew love could be like this... total unselfish, giving, kind, affectionate, warm and... just danm good.

Hi everybody ,,i know some of us are still feeling bad ,ive been terrible these last few days ,i been doing some strange things ,,and having some really bad thoughts ive hurt myself to see if i still feel ,i know you feel simaler and its an awful way to be
im still sure we can find some light one day ,,even tough i feel so low
i still cling on to that hope ,,i write sometimes on here as though im gonna die ,but inside a light still burns and no matter how hard it trys the visitor

today has seen a change in fortunes for me ,i was so ill this morning fran got me down to the doctors as an emergency and he has given me some new meds ,,im drunk now because fran and my girls took me out to cheer me up ,,i didnt want to go but ,i enjoyed it in the end ,,and here i am giddy
