You might have ADD. This could cause your lack of motivation. I think the Mayo Clinic website has a quiz you can take to see if it applies. I never thought I did but was recently diagnosed and was put on adderal. The difference is night and day. This is also used for some depressions. However, you would need to see a doctor.
