Just explain how you are feeling to him. Dont hold back, be honest, and he will offer all the support he can.
Thinking of you.

So I got citalopram and sominex. Also two weeks signed off work
I have two weeks full pay left this year so I'm fine for two weeks for money at least.
My team leader had some kittens but everyone else seems fine. I expressed the need to come back to an empty desk and that's been made clear
That's some weight off my shoulders.

Hi Spicefox
I am glad things are starting to go in a better direction for you. I really hope the meds help you to view life in a better way. Take advantage of the time off to forget about work for a while and relax your brain and emotions. The meds may make you dopey for a while but try to get as much activity in as possible. Walking, exercise anything to help move the meds through your system and also to produce your own endorphins which will help you to feel better.
Good luck on your journey.
