Thanks for reading replying frame.

Thanks for you words, yeah patience i do need that. To just take it slowly a little bit at a time. Ive always been the type to want to get things done and understand everything at once in one go

Thank you i certainly dont feel strong right now though. Feeling the weakest ive felt in a long while :p

Thanks though

Yes, I don't mean to stereotype, but but I got the sense you were someone who might want to grab the whole mess and sort it out immediately. We know it doesn't work that way don't we?

You mentioned meditation earlier and I remember one teacher saying it's really the safest place to be. You make a promise to yourself you won't move for for some time, and the the worst feeling of rage or loathing or murder can pass through your mind, and you don't act on them.

And you learn they can pass through your mind without your help or hindrance. They can pass through without harming you. You can actually see these things, these thoughts, these past memories and fears of the future from a different angle, from a different frame of mind.

Just a thought.

Thank you Frame, that did help, just give me a bit of perspective. Did some meditation yesterday and it did help. I'm going to be trying to make it a regular thing again now to help through this time
