I'm sorry to hear your current situation.
I hope that you'll be able to learn how wide this world is to just think about those problems.
Have you considered reading self help books?

Self help books are fantastic. I always make it a point to read one every month. Some I have read twice. Some of my favourites -
The Magic of Thinking Big by David J Schwartz
21 Ways to Finding Peace & Happiness by Joyce Meyer
Today Matters by John C Maxwell.
The Fred Factor by Mark Sanborn
The Choice by Nicole Cary
You can find these and many great books at your local bookstore or online.
I also attend any seminars that occur locally. Last year, I saw Tony Robbins, T Harv Eker, Robert Kiyosaki & Donald Trump. The last 2 was because of my direction into business. I've realised to become like the best in our world, do/imitate what they do.

Hello Dep280:
Your words: --- "I have kept my issues to myself for so many years and I am not sure where to begin."
_____________________________
Where to begin is not as important as actually beginning. Pick one of your issues that are important to you and tell us about it. Your idea of looking for self-help books is excellent. One that helped me immensely was written by Albert G. Forgione back in 1978. It was titled, Fear (Learning To Cope).
Although you might find it difficult to come up with this book, I think the effort would prove to be well worth it for you. Good luck with the book (s) and I hope you will decide to respond to this letter.
