I think we all come in here as the walking wounded. Some people end up being the walking dead. Personally, for me, I'm going to be the walking living and try very hard to help others along the way.
One of the things I notice is how important positive self talk is. In fact positive chat, positive feedback etc are very important. We're all fragile right?, or we wouldn't be here.
However, people in pain where anger is often their predominant symptom hurt others because of panic, anger, etc, that isn't being processed correctly.
It's really important to keep getting better until you finally have your life back and all the wonderful things that entails.
