Terrified

Postby angelique » Thu Dec 22, 2011 8:51 am

Hi. I am facing deportation from the country I'm currently I'm currently living in. I don't really want to get into the minutiae of it as it will only raise questions I'll be happy to answer if asked. The point is, I will have to leave my husband and return to a country where I will have nowhere to stay, no money, no support, etc. I don't know when this will happen but since I've become aware of its imminence, I am filled with panic, fear, sadness and dread at every waking moment. And these waking moments are many as I also am suffering with horrible insomnia :( It feels like a guillotine blade above my neck and never knowing when it will fall. I decided to join this site just for a little moral support. I am currently not diagnosed with depression but have been in the past. Main reason Is that I'm unable to see a doc due to my situation. Sorry so long-winded on first post but just trying to be as clear as possible. Thanks!

I'm really sorry this is happening to you. Is there no recourse at all that you can take?

You say you are married. Are there any children? Have you contacted the red cross? Oftentimes when it involves seperating a family they can intervene.
