a dark sawm for me agaian ,the visitors army of demons stands before me ,blocking the veiw of life i should be able to see and enjoy ,but this is not to be ,i think only of the bad things in my life ,over and over all the time ,you my freinds all carry love in your hearts ,,it may be for freinds here ,or at home ,lost loves ,lost loved ones ,favorite pets ,pets you miss
,the things you cant have ,and the things you would love to have ,this is a warmth you must use to carry you through the days ahead ,dont waste it like i have done ,i have embraced my darkness now and the horrors that travel with it ,your all dear to me ,use that warmth we,ll it will reward you i promise ,your not unworthy ,our weird ,or less than anyone else ,
you are trully special each and everyone ,to carry this dark illness with you ,walk tall and glow with the warmth you spread when your in here
