Hi everyone,
I’ve started wondering whether my mood is affected more by my daily routine than by any single event.
For the past two weeks, I’ve been informally tracking three things: sleep duration, time spent on my phone after waking up, and my mood from 0–10Among Us. What surprised me was how different my mornings felt when I spent the first 30–60 minutes without scrolling.
I’m not claiming this is a solution, but I noticed that on days when I avoided my phone immediately after waking up, my mood was often around 1–2 points higher by late morning.
Has anyone else noticed a measurable connection between small routine changes and their mood? If you have tracked something similar, what variable made the biggest difference for you?

Re: Does My Mood Depend More on My Routine Than I Realized?
same here. I could say so many things, but it's hard to type out my thoughts as a non english speaker. I'll just type a word of advice: sometimes, when you're alone, even if you know what will improve your mood, you just won't do it. I personally find it difficult to not let my thoughts dominate me when I'm alone. I've been going to the library, or to my friend's houses, to study (mostly. sometimes we just chill.) Maybe try that!!! it helped me a lot.
