Mixed up, that's me.

I have PTSD, severe depression with psychosis, borderline personality disorder, severe anxiety as well as OCD. I saw a new therapist today, the one I had been seeing for 3 years retired. I am so confused and mixed up. I have been so depressed lately. I am so lonely. Anyone else with these diagnoses or depression with psychosis?

Please take good take of yourself, spend time with family and friends, go for walks, talk about wh you're feeling. Its OK not to be OK, there will be better days xxxxx
