Today's thanksgiving and I'm depressed

I honestly don't know what's wrong with me, while my family's eating dinner I'm in my dark room alone with no one to talk to just thinking about no hope future and life.If anyone could help me or at least talk to please I need help I'm literally crying right now. 😥
