Does this site even help?

I posted earlier and noticed people had read my post but did not even bother replying and then after further investigation I noticed that lots of other people got none to barely any responses to their posts either even though their posts were read a lot. I'm not trying to sound mean but I thought this site was to help people not just read and not reply? I may have the wrong impression but I thought that was the case, if I thought wrong then I apologize.

I kind of think that people have the wrong impression of the site - or at least, what it's supposed to do. No one is required to respond to anything. Me, personally - I look at as a platform to release thoughts and feelings to the universe-at-large. The thing is, someone WILL read it.

Like a lot of things in life, if you approach it without expectation, you'll get far more out of it!
