At this point I just feel mad and need some help. Feel completely dissociated from myself and I am absent of any thoughts. Just a blank and as if nothing with me is right. I cant escape my mind. Wtf can I do

I know how you feel. I am always in my own mind. Once in a while I feel like something is wrong with me. It usually happens because I have nothing to do so my mind contemplates what I am doing with my life. But enough about me, what exactly do you need help with? Why are you mad?
