Where shall we begin

Postby LordChristoff » Sat Mar 29, 2014 2:25 am

Greetings, I am LordChristoff a student that has just been diagnosed with Depression with my local GP. I can understand why its just wondering how I managed to get to this stage, and what I can do to re-correct my course. Anyway recently I have been been experiencing the following feelings about myself.

- Low self esteem
- Feeling like I am a failure to the college where I go and to my family
- Feeling lonely
- Thinking that my life is not significant and nobody should have to go out or have a relationship with me because who would want to have to associate themselves with a low life like me.
- Feeling tired most of the time
- Having a messed up sleeping rotation so that I sleep through the day rather than the night (and prefer it to be that way)
- Loosing interest in activity's that would usually find enjoyment out of.
- Thinking my life would be better off it was to end sooner than later (not that I want to commit suicide at all)
- feeling like my friends are constantly against me

And that's just some of them.

It's kind of obvious now, so the next question is where to go from here. I am seeing a Doctor at the moment and they will most like me want to make me see a therapist. Which last time I saw one of those, I found to be boring and left within 2 weeks of seeing them. So I am at check mate at the moment, another issue being that I hate talking about myself .

Nice depiction of a halloween pumpkin, and colorful indeed!

P.S. I enjoy wings myself. (buffalo) Why are they called "buffalo wings?" I guess the one who named them was a "buffoon." Hehe.
