I have been active on main chat for last few months and since todays' morning around 10am my local time (gmt +530) most of members are disconnected and since then the room had below 20 members. Every other day I have seen over 100 members pretty much all the time and I believe something went wrong in the backend of the chat. I was able to capture this picture and hope it helps you mods to look into the issue.

Issue seem to be fixed. Mod confirmed a server was down.
