Can I get help being unbanned in the chatroom?

Hello, I am so sorry but I think I mistakenly broke a rule of the chatroom. I've been coming to the chatroom for years and it has helped me a lot. I was talking to a fellow chatter about addiction recovery and wanted to tell them about a helpful recovery website and posted the URL to it and was banned. I am very sorry that I broke a rule, it was not my intention to do so and would love very much to be allowed to use the chat room again. I will not post a URL again.
