taking prozac

I have taken prozac before done really well on it but I have been putting it off ill take tomarrow when it comes time to take I put it off again I have anxiety about take any medicine I was controlling depression pretty well walking every night but got really stressed at work and now my anxiety and depression is bad stomach in knots cant eat loosing wieght anybody have same problem. Thanks
