Meds and libido

I am prescribed 100 mg sertraline and 4 mg risperidone. To add to my list of things to worry about my sex drive has gone awol since I started the risperidone. Like completely disappeared, no interest in the slightest. My wife is being good about it but this situation is untenable and I want to make love again.

My psychiatrist was very much dismissive of this and was of the opinion of 'do you want to be better or not'. My go isn't prepared to contradict the psych

Has anybody else experienced similar and what was the outcome?
