Let's see.... I finally beat Legend of Heroes II: The Prophecy of the Moonlight Witch and got 100% completion!!
I am SO happy about that....

In the previous game, Legend of Heroes: A Tear of Vermillion, only 99% history was possible because the last entry comes at the end of the game after beating the final boss. The problem with it coming at the end of the game is that new game + feature had been removed in the US version, so I'm glad that little issue was fixed in the following game.
And so.... I started playing Legend of Heroes III: Song of the Ocean. ~LOL~ It's quite an addictive series....
There was something noteworthy in Legend of Heroes II. I can't remember which chapter it's in, but at some point, you reach a town called Dice (notorious for its casino). South from Dice is Dartu/Dart, which is plagued by a poisonous swamp.
When you go to the town, everyone is very badly depressed, hopeless and in despair. As you talk to the villagers, you can read their admittedly [self-defeating and negative] thoughts.
I was just amazed by how depression was shown. If you have problems reflecting and so on, I thought it was a great eye opener. There was no way to miss it (I thought).
