Oven-Roasted Chicken Taco
We made taco for dinner last night. It was delicious especially when I put some hot sauce on it, it's just...mmmmmmm. And of course I am willing to share the recipe with you guys
Below is the recipe of a very awesome oven-roasted chicken for Taco
For 2 servings
Ingredients:
3 tbs Taco Seasoning*
2 large bone-in chicken breasts
1 tsp olive oil
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.
2. Rinse chicken breasts in water and pat dry with paper towels. Put inside medium bowl.
3. Rub the taco seasoning all over the chicken breasts, pour in the olive oil inside the bowl and mixed it together well.
4. Roast the chicken breasts for around 30 minutes or until the internal temperature inside the chicken breast reaches 165 F.
5. Slice the chicken breast or shred them. Don't forget to take out the bones
How to make your own taco seasoning (You can use this seasoning to make Mexican Rice too):
Ingredients
1 tbs chili powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (or 1/4 if you like it a little but spicy)
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
Directions:
1. Mixed everything together and put them in an air-tight container. This makes around 1 oz.
Condiments:
Ingredients:
1/2 yellow onion
1/4 red bell peppers
1/4 green bell peppers
1/4 yello bell peppers
Directions:
1. Mixed everything together inside a pan on medium heat and cooked until they are golden brown.
Besides that, we also have:
