glad you're feeling a bit better. sounds like you've found a good therapist. lack of sleep is a killer and will make you feel dizzy every time but anxiety itself and whatever issues got brought up in therapy have probably wiped you out too

thanks for the hug crystal, hope you got through the hurrucane ok obayan,good luck with your biopsy and i hope you're not in too much pain I am feeling pretty low today and extremely weak and wiped out. trying to motivate myself to get ready but really cant face the day ahead. lots of worries making...

showered again! am i ruining my image as a depressive? restless legs kicked in as usual after taking tablet so had to take a long walk even though i am so exhausted. came home and caught the remainder of the film Patch Adams. did the washing up. i'm getting a lot better at keeping on top of the hous...

still having a lot of muscular problems from my new meds,extremely restless with tight twitchy legs and i have the shakes. eyes very oversensitive to light, feel very dissociated - spaced out. overactive bladder really bad to the point where i am biting my own arms to try and fight the constant urge...

I have had quite a busy day, very active out of necessity due to the evil aripiprazole still giving me terrible restless and aching legs...

that must hurt so much to have something so precious disturbed. my kittens were little nightmares when i first had them but it is just a phase they go through. any way you can put your memorial things up on shelf level for now? or a good way to deter them from something is spray them with water ever...

well i'm gonna try and stick it out another week but quit if it stays this bad. I understand well what it's like to get anxious about going out,when i'm really anxious just leaving home can be scary but i usually find it's worthwhile. hope you have a good time out jaymn and well done for refusing to...
