Meditation helps a lot. Find happiness within you, and it's important that you surround yourself with people who make you feel validated.

When dealing with mental illness, surround yourself with the people who make you want to fight. Otherwise, it could get worse.

Depression gets the best of us, but I think when you know that people are depending on you, the kids, it would make you get yourself together.
