Thanks for the tips. This is really helpful especially now. Although the environment healing could be a challenge for some since not all of us have access to this. I agree with cutting sugar. It's what causes chronic illnesses.

Don't be so hard on yourself. Sounds like you love them so dearly, and I think that's the most important thing. Don't work up yourself too much and figure out what could work out for you without experiencing too much stress.

Depression gets the best of us, but I think when you know that people are depending on you, the kids, it would make you get yourself together.
