feeling ok,had a good weekend,lots of quality time with my boyfriend and we are getting on well. had a really long walk with my friend and her dog and it was gorgeous weather. very VERY scared about my tribunal still but am trying to keep positive and strong

looking forward to going for a walk with my friend and her dog tomorrow seeing how all the things i've made in clay lately have turned out, they're getting baked in the kiln this week seeing another friend of mine on Tuesday and hearing about her holiday in Spain going to the car boot sale as usual ...

still apprehensive about tribunal but at least my boyfriend and my advocate will be able to attend. quite emotional after going to my mental health group this morning and talking about a few distressing issues. had a bit of a cry. met up with a friend for lunch which was nice though. I am very lucky...

oops that was actually a response to 'smiles' didnt see the last one but i think it kinda goes with 'wellness' too. my friends keep me well!
