is their a time where your psymptoms feel worse?

i thought i'd post this after i commented on nights being bad for a lot of people in another thread

i think i'll stick by that statement and say nights are the worst for me, closely followed by mid afternoon (from about 1 to 3 pm)

what about all of you

i think nights are the hardest for most of us.

fewer distractions, darker, gives us more time to think about our feelings and thoughts

i've been reading a new book by cathy glass. for those who don't know who cathy glass is, she's a foster mother who writes about the children she looks after sometimes her stories can be so triggering, but some of them also make me smile. not because of how the children are treated ( it's terrible),...

Re: Shout out to Star

Had a bad phone call today. A friend's fifth grade daughter is talking about cutting herself and suicide today. I tutor the daughter in math, so she wanted my perspective before she talked with the principal. I told her the principal is worried about "what". We both have some ideas about ...

Thanks, Emily67 for reading my post! I didn't expect any replies, so you made my day. Bipolar I think is one of the most misunderstood mental illnesses and one of the most stigmatized. It's nice knowing we're in good company. :) Caitlen, sadly, i think the same could be said for any mental health i...

I push myself through my depression. I push myself to go outside, to run, to do things I know that would make me happy, make me fe...

BABYJEAN, i'm sorry you're suffering so much. family and depression.. those 2 words don't mix. explaining to my family about my problems was the worst thing i could have done (since they totally deserted me and refuse to accept what's happened), so i hear you when you say your family push you away. ...

my smile for today was reading this story. let me share it below: It was snowing quite heavily when Cathy went to bed.  "I'm so glad I don't have to go to work tomorrow.  I'm really tired, and it will be a good time to get some extra sleep," she told her mother. Cathy went to sleep as soon...
