Going to get ultra-sound this afternoon.

Wondering if I have a torn rotator cuff, or possible a broken bone in my shoulder

Will let you know how it turns out.

Am also a diabetic, who is periously close to having to go on the needle.

Should cut coke completely out of my diet. Figure if I go with the sugar free stuff that is the safest for me.

You are much too young to have gone through all that you have had to experience so far. I am also wondering if you could talk to your school counsellor. If you were a little bit older I would suggest talking to your family doctor, but I imagine then your parents would have to be involved. It is toug...

Bottom of leg, and shoulder are very sore. Also I am very hungry. I think that I am going to see if I can find a little bit of pudding to snack on. Better be careful of that or I am going to have to start wearing pants with an elastic waist. At least if I wear jeans with a button at the top, I can g...

When I went to the doctor this afternoon, he said that the bottom of the bone would never heal back together. Just float at the bottom of my leg.

Went to see the doctor, yet again, today. Sent me over to xray office (asked if the give frequent flyer miles I have been using their services so much) to get a look at my shoulder. He is concerned that I might have broken my shoulder, or worse, torn my rotator cuff. Will let you know when I hear so...

I solved the problem of forgetting to take my drugs, by buying a dossette. I am able to load it with a whole week's full of drugs. That way I know if I have taken my morning meds, or not. Also with loading a week at a time I can make sure that I don't, unexpectedly run out of any of the drugs that I...

While I say that I don't drink hot drinks like, coffee, tea or even hot chocoate, I am not good with pop. I went for several years without drinking any pop at all. Then I started again and I should be cutting back because I made up for lost time. I once went to the dentist and he asked me if I smoke...

Big enough fan that if jumping up and putting your both arms up in the air to signal a touchdown helps them win, I will do it.

Just will make sure that I hop on the good leg and maybe not so enthusiastically.

The leg seems to be doing better. When I took the walking cast off the swelling has gone down, quite a bit, over last week. I think that I will have to try to get, yet another, appointment with my doctor this week. I am not sure if I broke my elbow or if I pulled something because I am able to type,...

Trying to get to sleep, and then stay asleep has been a problem of mine for more than 20 years. They finally have something it works so I go with the pills they give me. It is funny because sometimes I just take it for granted that I have taken my pills for the night. Then I have a restless night an...

Last night I slept in my own bed, for the first night since I broke my leg. Tried to sleep without the walking cast, but up at 4 and had to put it back on (all those darn velcro straps too) because my ankles were so sore. My plan is to be able to drive the car by next weekend. My friends say that I ...

I have a big mug that I like to fill up in the morning and try to get down a couple of them a day. Have always enjoyed drinking cold water. Never liked hot drinks at all. I did have bladder repair about 5 years ago but am starting to have to slow down on the drinking after supper. The joys of being ...
