my anxiety levels have been really high today, mind full of so many 'what ifs?' i'm really panicking. went into town and felt really scared,dizzy and dissociated

going to clay group tomorrow and glazing the bowl and candle holder i made

seeing a friend i havent seen for ages on thursday

went to the car boot sale, got a couple of cardigans and some watercolour pencils,gonna try and motivate myself to do more art at home. ate my sandwich and read the newspaper with my boyfriend in the park. had a long walk along the seafront. am going to be watching a film on tv a little later

feeling pretty low, even after the good news about the money and everything. think i'm just still recovering from the stress of it all. physical problems have been too bad to feel truly happy, IBS and bladder are really playing up

have had a really nice day here,a last gasp of summer,was able to wear my new dress and sit on the beach

thanks obayan. i know money can't buy happiness but it will buy a bit of security and peace of mind and dare i say it - maybe even a little fun?!
