yea ive started a course of flueoxetine, its not having a massive impact but i do feel less overwhelmed with stuff!
Im not seeing a counseller but it was offered to me, i think i might consider it next time i see a doctor !

I feel you with the people not understanding. I cant talk to my male friends about depression because theyve all got that masculine mentality of just 'get over it' so i cant really talk it out or open up to them.
