Re: Long term panic disorder, agoraphobia, depression and social phobia: really need help with a very difficult fight

I think you need to urgently seek outside help. I was just explaining that I think it would help both of us for you to make your own threa...

Re: Long term panic disorder, agoraphobia, depression and social phobia: really need help with a very difficult fight
Hi yes I know agoraphobia is real. I wish it wasn't. It's basically just a term to describe how people with panic disorder (which is a very serious and debilitating condition) self-isolate to protect themselves, when panic attacks are constant and stop them from functioning in the world. Hi I have just joined the forum and am really sad to see that you posted this so long ago and haven't had any responses. I hope you are feeling better since you posted this. I can see that your work must have given you a perspective on suffering which is always good, and having perspective is obviou...

Re: Depression, anxiety and panic attacks
Hi
I just wanted to say that I have read your post and wish you all the best. I know the living hell that is panic attacks/panic disorder, although mine are not connected to one particular traumatic experience. Good luck

Long term panic disorder, agoraphobia, depression and social phobia: really need help with a very difficult fight
Hi everyone I'll keep it brief for now. I'm a 26 year old female from the UK. I'm completely isolated with these conditions and it feels like all I've ever known. I've had hospitalisations as a teenager for depression. I'm a fairly intelligent person who used to be curious and care about things -- a...
