Sounds like there is wisdom in cultivating something that "feeds your soul". A place where there isn't a need to hold the mask on so tightly....I too used to really enjoy taking my camera for a walk along the river...(live near one in Oregon...west coast of US)for the last year it has been...

I want to find online support. I am new to this anxiety/depression experience out in the open & trying to find help. I found a support site during the time I was caring for my mother with Alzheimer's. Many nights the online conversations saved my sanity. She died in May ...almost exactly 1 year....
