I mean, I don't think I want to die, but I'm just not sure what I can do.. Every time I go anywhere outside of my room I have around a 90% chance of getting a massive anxiety attack and I'm too worried to call the cops or the hospital to tell them how bad it is.. I don't know what I can do..
