Rest assured, you do not sound dumb. Your feelings are validated. It must mean a lot for you to say what you have said. I feel a similar way myself. Have you been able to tell anyone else about your feelings, outside of this forum?

I've always wanted to find a forum where I can talk about my depression. This place looks awesome and I really look forward to all the time I will spend on here.
