I've just joined this group. While scrolling through topics I've noticed that people who post don't get a lot of responses. I fear that I am-along with everybody else-that I will talk and nobody is listening. Are we just here to unload because I'd really like help. Feeling alone.

Please know you are not along. It took me 8 years to figure out ehat was wrong with me. Even longer to reach out and get help. I still can't say the "d" word. I just say chemical imbalance. People w/o our illness just dont understand. I have a good life too. Its hard. I medicate by sleepin...
