Depression Understood Forums

I don't know what is it in my head. To me it seems like bipolar disorder, but I can't go to doctor, so I'm just a crank with an unnamed disorder(s). I've tried meditation and it was not bad, but for some reason I can't do this anymore. I wonder there's something else to do in order to bearable life ...
