Hi my names Robert I'm 23 and I've been suffering for depression for over a year now. I keep hoping it'll just go away but it wont it just keeps coming back wave after wave and I hate it. I'm not suicidal I just don't care if I die and I try to do things to keep my mind off it but I have no interest...

I dont really know what to say I'm just looking for anyone to talk to. I understand that things could be worse but it doesnt help to think that I'm still depressed all the time and its just a thousand times worse when I'm alone
