Dont associate with anyone you dont want to

Ignore them if they text or call, walk away if you see them in the streets

maybe you just need better people around you

you are a good person, it just sounds like the people around you mistreat you (friends parents etc)

make some new friends, meet new people, distance yourself from those currently around you, but dont disappear
