ive always wonder why can depression feel like your world is falling apart when i know that my life is not bad. that i should feel happy but i cant function like everyone else.. it makes me sound abnormal

yeah i wonder too, i actually try my hard to be seen as enough but sometimes i feel like my own parents will never see me as enough, life is tough
