Hi Alaska1958. I don't think it is bi-polar. I did see someone at the VA when I did have a vehicle last year and no one hinted at bi-polar. They seemed to think it was depression.

I have no money, so I don't think that hypnotherapy is an option for me. And I think what is going on is a little more than a vitamin D deficiency or the food I am eating or not eating.
