Depression Understood Forums

not sure where to put this post so please move it is needed.
im at the point where i don't feel the need to be here any longer, i've tried, i've tried so so hard to make something work, but my ming just doesn't want to, people close to me don/t seem to care anymore,

I agree with the meditation, I meditate everyday for a half hour or so, it helps keep the anxiety down and quiets the mind, don't get frustrated though it takes some time to get used to doing it and get your system down

today im not so bad, i am a little nervous being on a new forum and trying to meet new people.

so far today i got up had a shower and drug myself in to a job i absolutely hate

i've been depressed since i was a young teenager, mostly due to abuse both mental and physical, i've moved well past that but i think the effects are long lasting, ive been on meds and seeing a psychiatrist and therapist since 2008, i've got a very low self esteem and feel worthless most of the time...

hello im surfcaster, i look forward to meeting you all and making new friends, i recantly left annother forum for various reasons, i love fishing and being on the beach, im kind of shy and takes me time to warm up to people, see you all arround the forum
