It's more like have, because I'm still recovering. I have down days with it, and when that first use to happen..no one could be near me. Now it's different, all though can't say it's anything good. Anyways, I agree, I never use to think I had a "problem", I finally did when I began going o...

Do you have solid goals?

Edit, to add--

By the way I know about the sleep thing, and not having energy to do jack. For the past four years and a half, if not longer, I only get 4-6 hours of sleep. o_O

No problem, I'm happy to listen. I was a heavy drinker for years, I know how it can be (in my own way, of course). It's easy to have one too many, telling your friends sounds like a good idea. And what you can try to is, when you go out to gatherings, wait until it's the end of the night to drink, w...

Sounds like you're doing the best you can already, so don't beat yourself up over it, for having down times. It's a bad time. Just keep doing things this way, and don't fall completely over the edge. Take things one step at a time, until you do go homeless, try not to worry too too much about it, be...

No problem. Anyway, so what you're saying is, when you try and do a better routine, you sleep less? Is it because of your Job? Usually when this happens, it means you're trying to do too much in one day. I know how that's like, especially when there is important things you really want to get done, o...

Welcome to the forum. Anxiety can be hell, it's understandable, just hang in there. You're doing something strong, by trying to find ways to deal with what it is you're going through, instead of letting go fully. It's very good too, because letting go fully just leads to more misery.

Re: Alone is not Lonely, Lonely is the worst alone...

I like being alone...in fact its when im at my best. Im not necessarily lonely all the time, but its when i realize that im alone that I become lonely and everything..well it just seems dark. I no longer feel like talking to my friends or even getting out of bed in the morning. Missing class is a d...

I would suggest to stop socializing where there is lots of alcohol around, for a while, put yourself FIRST, unless the socializing is one on one, in a peaceful setting with some one sincere who accepts you for you are. I can't escape alcohol, so how am I going to resist it? Never think the impossibl...

No problem, I'm glad to offer you some feed back. That's good, that you still have a place to go, and are taking things slowly, it's important. Anyways, it's fine to cry, doesn't mean you're weak. I know it's hard, but if you can, just try and focus on not having any one to confide to, as something ...

That sucks, I think many of us can relate to that, and how it just in the end makes us feel worse for NOT doing anything. Try to create a lifestyle routine, you actually like, enjoy, and can look forward too, despite you feeling bad. So, let's say if part of your routine is to work out, but you don'...

"am i the only one?"

Of course you're not the only one, but even if you were, it's not a bad thing, each shows his/her own hurt in there own ways.

"I feel abandoned, trapped and alone." Because you are those things, so it's okay to feel that. But keep going. It's just a bad time right now for you, very bad. But each of those things, has solutions, I'm a honest person, I'd tell you if they didn't. I just don't like to tell people, wha...
