Depression Understood Forums

Hi- Marie from Canada. Just relapsed in Dec with a vengeance. I have no friends that have depression but a few of them and my family try to understand. I feel very alone. Newly out of the best relationship of my life. It's winter and I feel like I could sleep until next year.
