I want to thank you so much for taking the time to respond to my first cry for help and of which I'm sure I will probably have many more to send. Unfortunately, when my depression started and I sought help, I was told it usually lasts no more than 2 yrs...Now, 11 yrs later, it is the hardest obstacle I've ever had to face. Needless to say, it didn't only last for 2 yrs and from what I gather, I will always have to somehow deal with it. PLEASE...
