I'm 38 years old. I've had ups and downs through my life.....none of which compare to the down I'm on right now....and this time I haven't come back up for air. I'm drowning. I wake up in the morning, almost every morning....with a very negative attitude. My depression is the first thing I think of....

Hi, new here.....I thought maybe a place like this would help me deal with my daily struggles. A lot of depression. I'll start another post soon here to tell you more, but just to start over, I'm tired of feeling like this all time and ready to find some joy in life.
