Depression Understood Forums

Thank you. I haven't take well to forums as much as I used to, but I have the #depression channel set to autojoin on IRC anyway.

I've not spoken very openly about myself and my problems in the main #depression channel, but having spoken to a few people in PM, I've been encouraged to join the lobby.
