i cut myself too its just that feeling of taken away the pain i feel inside but touch wood i havent done it in a few weeks now but still has the urge to do it again as i hate the way am feeling now

becos of my depression am pushing away my family i feel like i cant talk to them as i used too plus they dont understand i got low confindance dont leave the house much now my depression is just getting out of hand feel like taken the easy way out

i used to love writeing songs songwriteing used to be a hobbie of mine but becos of my depression had to give it up and lost interest in it lol

am new here too suffer from depession anxiety ive lost my confindance becos of it its feels like my depression is getting worse dont know what to do at the mo am on trazadone 100mg tablets i just feel like there is no way out of this
