well i feel sleepy today because of my fast and very weak

Hello there i dont know what type of depression but i do know i have depression and i dont want to go to the doctors because i he just give me pills and i dont want to take them

Has anyone here thought why me? Why have i got depression what have i done to be so sad? I always blame myself i wake up and just want to get through the damn day but i always cry through the hole day i just want to be happy the thing is the ones i love always end up dead or i always end up hurting ...

well i got up at 3:15 am to eat something for my fast i had corn flakes and a chocolate bar then woke up at 11 pm got dressed went online for a bit then started to make food to open the fast and thats it really

i dont have anything to look forward too
