Thanks! I actually didn't know if the University did or not, so I did some research and found that they do indeed have counselors for students to talk to. It looks like you can just walk in and talk to someone. I'll try and get there this week. Thanks for suggesting that, I honestly never would have...

I like to walk. Sometimes I'll go for a run though.

I've never been much of a runner, but once you start and reach a personal goal...the feeling of accomplishment is really great.
