Philosophies' for our psychology

Our first lesson to success is learning how to fail. Hope is fragile, my friends. It is a craft where pieces of hope hold together. Our way is our will. Aim reason before mind. Perfection accepts flaws Mountains may seem impossible to clime; Focus on the trail, Once atop, you'll see many more possib...

Nothing to mind is extly what I mind

People who have had moderate interactions with me often say I'm communicating fine, nothing to bother about. My mother rescued me, gave life to me twice. It started with a road trip where I pointed to a tree, to say something. She responds saying it is not a tree, it's a bush. This event defines my ...

Re: Feel my Pain

There seems to have become something you may have not recognize yet. Your words voiced a clear identification between one agony from another. This ability, aside from the horror of it all, is very valuable. You seem to have distinguished who you are and the pain that has become of you. In the world ...

Re: It is okay ..?

"stubborn asf" that along with the continued fight against pessimism is the best path for every one of us when it comes to these corrosive states of mind. We get so low and we can only see darkness, thats where our "stubborn asf" comes in. Think to ourselves, "Oh my F god I ...

Re: Weak

We gotta keep seeing these pains as symptoms rather than logical/reasonable reasons. Dunno if you'll see this reply, but wanted to say that it is in our power to override the "intentions" our minds seem to have. In my experience I had to start out knowing how the pains are stupidly harmful...

Re: Sometimes i feel like I never had a chance, I first felt suicidal around 10

When viewing life from these perspectives, it is imperative to only expect what is in our control. We can't let ourselves try to live like others around us can. Our minds are very skilled at labeling ourselves. It will always be a challenge to combat the pessimistic perspectives, and there will alwa...

Re: How to be Happy eliminate sadness and pain

You having lived enough years with positive emotions is a wonderful sign that you can learn how to gain back more of them. One possibility for this painful psychological change of yours may be a subconscious accumulation of negative perspectives, associations and/or attitudes. Without being aware of...

Re: Self deprecation

I recommend thinking of your self deprecation and God's approval of you as very different things. It is often too easy for us to think negatively of ourselves when we feel bad which doesn't directly correlate with who we are as people.

The Plight of Moral Integrity

An unknowingly wonderful boy lived bound to silence. Great canyons divided him, while the world was a mere stone's throw away. He'd explore open fields joyfully alone. Nothing of himself was conserved, no ounce left for anyone nor anything else. His beautiful nature stayed hidden, but he somewhere d...

Survival, My Threshold For A Successful Life

Plenty of people have lived tougher lives than mine, but my fragility makes my experience more like a POW survivor or similarly traumatizing. My mother gets 100% credit for providing me the opportunity to stay alive. I can't give into suicide like two of my brothers have, she deserves my survival. H...

Re: what's the point

I greatly recommend recognizing the hate for things related to you as being fed by depression/emotional pain and not reliable to be thought of as reasonably accurate. Depression is amazing at taking neutral or even positive things and spinning them to be undesirable or flawed. Although we may not be...

Re: What words can bring you out of the darkness?

Many times thinking to myself/reminding myself that I've been here before keeps my head above water. I can say up to each impossible moment that I have a perfect winning streak, and odds have me being okay again.

No More Things to Try

I know there is no purpose in typing this and will just fade away like my options to treat my symptoms. Yet, here I am typing essentially to myself. I've gone through the gauntlet of medications, alternative methods as well as many ECT treatments. I'm again at this wall where all I can do is sit aga...

Three Wheels

This babe knew what people said. No question he reaches that expected ability at his age. Suddenly, he now has to speak in turn. Thoughts would vanish and speaking would rarely be understood well enough. He watched as others develop a bond with the words of expressions that was the glue holding thei...

Box of Chocolates

Life, indeed, is like a box of chocolate. We find out someone had taken one bite of every one and put them back. We stand there pissed off about this and wanting to hate someone for such this selfish act. After a short moment passes, and we decide to eat the left-over chocolate anyway. I mean, serio...
