Hi & thank you to the peeps that replied to me, sorry for not comming back to you guys sooner.

After i had posted on here i wasnt sure i did the right thing, so avoided checking any replies til today, im so sorry.

still not doing so good but im still here & functioning (just about)

I find it more than hard to face the world every day, i find excuses not to go work, talk to people or engage in things i love to do, i need to chat to people who understand

Been suffering since around 1997, had help since 2017 but still suffering and not always in the best place, need to hook up with people i can talk to & understand, for me this a big move as i have kept my problems hidden for a long time
